Patrick Hollrah

Patrick Hollrah is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment, commercial law, and product compliance. Currently serving as Sr. Counsel for Product & Commercial at Lyft since June 2022, Patrick provides legal guidance in rideshare operations, ensuring adherence to various laws and safety standards. Prior roles include Senior Staff Counsel at Asurion, where Patrick advised on employment and labor laws, and a position at PwC focused on financial due diligence in M&A transactions. Patrick's legal career began with Hollrah LLC and includes roles as General Counsel for the Coalition to Promote Independent Entrepreneurs, Editor at PJC Publishing, and additional internships in finance and tax preparation. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
