Tara Presnell

Tara Presnell currently serves as the Director of Legal at Lyft after previously holding the position of Senior Counsel, Employment & Litigation. Tara began their legal career as an intern and law clerk for BCBG Max Azria and later for the Hon. James D. Todd at the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, where they developed a keen interest in employment law. Tara has also worked as a shareholder at Littler and as an attorney at Miller & Martin PLLC, providing counsel on various employment-related issues across multiple states. Tara earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and remains actively engaged in the legal community through speaking engagements and published works.
