Ty Lim

Ty Lim is an accomplished legal operations leader with extensive experience in privacy, compliance, and team management. Currently, Ty serves as Chief of Staff & Director of Legal Ops at Lyft, after holding key roles at Adobe, where responsibilities included leading privacy strategy and overseeing a global privacy program. Prior positions include roles at Meta and Google, focusing on intellectual property operations and legal investigations, respectively. Ty's earlier career involved immigration case management at Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLP, and documentary production at The Greenlining Institute. Ty holds a BA in Political Science, Ethnic Studies, and Asian American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
