Vladimir Abraham is a Senior Support Ops Analyst at Lyft Urban Solutions, bringing over 12 years of experience in telecommunications and customer support roles. Previously, they served as a Charging Support Engineer at Ericsson AB, where they contributed to project research and implementation in billing architecture.
