Janne Lindfors

Janne Lindfors is currently an advisor at Lygg. Prior to this, they were the director of clients and services at Barona IT Oy from November 2011 to March 2014. Janne was responsible for launching an independent sales team, defining roles and processes for business development and key account management. Janne also created vision and rewarding models for sales. Before joining Barona IT Oy, Lindfors was a partner at Saranen Consulting from August 2003 to November 2011, where they were responsible for the in Resourcing and Consulting Business. Janne later ramped up the service marketing team to become #1 in Finnish ICT industry recruitment and corporate imago marketing. Between 2008 and 2011, they participated in every significant recruitment/imago marketing campaign. Prior to their role at Saranen Consulting, Lindfors was a program manager at Helsinki School of Economics from April 1999 to January 2003.

Janne Lindfors has a Masters in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, with a focus on Human Resources/HRD. Janne also attended Pohjis for their education.
