Daniel founded and served as the CEO of Lyght Living, a company that provides office and residential furnishing solutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Denmark. Daniel also founded and holds shares in Lyght AG. Additionally, they have been a Global Network Member at CORT since 2016 and a Co-Owner of Riverstone GbR since 2020. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Business Analyst at MetLife and Sales Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. Daniel also served in the military as part of the Bundeswehr Wir. Daniel Ishikawa completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam from 2003 to 2006, graduating with honors (cum laude). In 2006, they pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where they earned their MSc in China in Comparative Perspective in 2007.
