David Wang, CPA

David Wang, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. David is currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Lygos, where they provide financial and accounting expertise to develop processes and internal controls. David also directs and implements technical accounting standards. Prior to that, they held the same position at Tophatter from 2019 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2019, David worked as the Corporate Controller at PAX Labs, Inc., where they demonstrated their versatility, analytical skills, and focus on growth. David guided and supported corporate optimization and growth efforts during their tenure.

Before joining PAX Labs, Inc., David worked as an Executive Finance Consultant at David Wang, CPA from 2016 to 2017. David provided their expertise in finance consulting during this time.

David has also held leadership positions at PADI Worldwide, where they served as the Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2016, and at Logical Apps as a Controller from 2007 to 2008.

Additionally, David has prior experience working at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Manager from 1993 to 1997 and at Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Associate from 1989 to 1990.

David Wang, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Accounting) from California State University, Los Angeles between 1984 and 1988.
