Johanna Sy

Johanna Sy has several years of work experience in the accounting and finance field. Johanna is currently working at Lygos as a Senior Accountant, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tophatter from June 2021 to September 2022 as a Senior Accountant.

Johanna also has experience at Moss Adams, where they worked from January 2017 to May 2021. During this time, they held the positions of Assurance Senior from December 2018 to May 2021 and Assurance Staff from January 2017 to December 2018.

Before Moss Adams, Johanna worked at Ascend Leadership. From March 2015 to January 2017, they worked as a Technical and Marketing Coordinator for Ascend NorCal. Additionally, they held various leadership roles within Ascend SFSU, including Executive Internal Vice President from June 2015 to December 2015, Vice President of Career Development from December 2014 to May 2015, and Vice President of Membership from June 2014 to December 2014.

Johanna also gained experience as an Audit Intern at Moss Adams from June 2015 to August 2015.

Johanna Sy obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Skyline College from 2011 to 2013, and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Letters in Science. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts at De La Salle - College of St. Benilde.
