Christina Liu 🎨

Christina Liu has a diverse work experience in the field of design and academia. In 2018, they served as the President of the Sydney Marketing Society (SMS), where they managed internal and external affairs and provided strategic direction to achieve society objectives. Christina also held the position of Marketing Director and was a member of the Design Subcommittee at SMS. During their tenure, the society received awards for Best Design and Best Promotional Video.

In 2019, Christina worked as a New Colombo Plan Scholar for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Christina participated in the USYD's Singapore NCP Program, conducting research and developing cross-cultural skills.

Christina has also held various design roles. Christina worked as a Product Designer at tapit from February to September 2021. At Contentsquare, they served as a Junior Design Intern from October to December 2021. Christina also completed a Product Design Internship at Canva from December 2021 to February 2022.

In 2021, they embarked on a passion project called Plenti, where they co-founded the company. Christina designed the product, graphics, and branding while collaborating with engineers. Christina also worked on business proposals and pitched ideas to investors.

Additionally, Christina has experience as a Freelance Designer from April 2022 to February 2023, providing design services to various clients. Christina has also worked as a Service Center Student Assistant at the University of Technology Sydney from January 2019 to January 2022.

Starting in 2023, Christina will begin their role as a Post-grad Academic at the University of Sydney. Christina is currently an Associate Product Designer at Lyka.

Christina Liu attended North Sydney Girls High School from 2012 to 2017, although the specific degree or field of study pursued during this time is unknown. From 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce at the University of Sydney.
