Luke Goodman

Luke Goodman is an experienced professional in user experience and product design, currently serving as the VP of Experience at Lyka since February 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the joy that pets bring to families. Prior to this role, Luke held the position of Lead Product Manager of CX and Insights at the NSW Department of Customer Service from May 2018 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Service Designer at ansarada, Head of Product Design at Bilue, and Innovation Director with a focus on rapid prototyping and validation of ideas. Early career roles involved being a User Experience Designer and a Freelance User Experience Designer, alongside a foundational role at Achievement Concepts. Luke's educational background includes completing high school at William Clarke College from 1997 to 2002.
