Zoe Nicholson has been working in the customer service industry since 2014. Zoe began their career at SWEETNESS The Patisserie as a Front of House & Customer Service. In 2017, they moved to oOh! as a Retail Campaign Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lyka Pet Food as a Customer Care Specialist.

Zoe Nicholson attended Macquarie University from 2012 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies and French Studies.
