Greg Fraley

Greg Fraley has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Greg most recently served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Lykes Bros. Inc. Greg previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at AZZ SMS for 13 years. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Arvida Realty Services, Inc. Greg also worked as a Regional Director of Human Resources at 2nd Century Communications and as the Director of Human Resources at Transitional Hospital. Greg began their career as an Employment Coordinator at Hernando Healthcare, Inc.

Greg Fraley attended Florida State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Greg then went on to pursue further education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
