Previously, Jay served as Director of Recruitment Marketing and Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at HumanEdge, and contributed as Director of Recruiting and Development at Tradition Energy. Early in the career, Jay co-founded Synergy Partners, a boutique search firm, and held management roles at Chester Davis and Arthur Young. An economics graduate from Lehigh University, Jay's expertise lies in guiding top talent and enhancing hiring experiences within the staffing sector.
