Graeme Glass has extensive work experience in the field of plastic and craniofacial surgery. Since 2017, they have been working as an Attending Plastic & Craniofacial Surgeon at Sidra Medicine, where they provide specialized care to patients with congenital deformities. In addition to their surgical expertise, they also offer laser therapeutics. In 2020, they assumed the role of Aesthetic Director at LYMA. Graeme Glass is also an Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar, a position they have held since 2017.

Graeme Glass obtained their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine from the University of Glasgow, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Graeme then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine at Imperial College London from 2006 to 2010.

In 2023, Graeme Glass enrolled at Warwick Business School, part of the University of Warwick, to pursue an MBA degree. Graeme completed their studies in 2025.

Additionally, Graeme has obtained several certifications in their field. In 2020, they became a Full Member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). In 2021, they became an International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Graeme is also an Overseas Member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). Graeme holds the qualification of FRCS(Plast) from The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Graeme is also a Full Member of the General Medical Council.
