Erik Ekberg

Erik Ekberg is a marketing professional and yacht broker currently employed at Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding since February 2020. Previously, Erik worked in business development at Leyton from October 2019 to February 2020, where responsibilities included targeting C-level executives and generating leads for the sales department. An internship at Westport Capital Markets, LLC in early 2018 provided Erik with insights into independent broker/dealer operations and investment portfolio management. Erik also served as program director at Northport Yacht Club from June 2016 to August 2017, managing a team of instructors and expanding the sailing school’s enrollment. Early work experience includes a seasonal position as a yard worker at Belmont Boat Works from May 2015 to July 2017, focusing on boat launching and maintenance. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University, obtained in May 2019.
