Spencer Karoll is a design engineer with extensive experience in product development, currently working at Lyman Products since March 2015. In this role, Spencer is responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concepts to solid modeling, as well as collaborating with suppliers for components and prototypes. Prior to this position, Spencer worked as a tool designer at Connecticut Spring & Stamping from November 2011 to March 2015. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
