Nick Nice has extensive experience in construction estimation, project coordination, and technical consulting, currently serving as Estimating Manager at Lyman-Richey Corporation since August 2018. Previous roles include Technical Consultant at CKF, Co., Estimator at Commercial Flooring Systems, and Field Engineer at Hawkins Construction Company. With a background as Senior Field Technician at both Olsson and Terracon, Nick Nice has developed a strong proficiency in analyzing blueprints, preparing detailed cost and material estimates, and managing project documentation.
