Luke Darbyshire

Luke Darbyshire has extensive experience in the metallurgical field, currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Development at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since December 2008. In various senior management roles, including Cracking and Leaching, Utilities & Residues, and Product Finishing, key responsibilities have included the supervision of laboratory staff and management of significant geometallurgical projects to establish flow sheets for future ore types. Previous experience as a Project Commissioning Metallurgist involved flow sheet development and oversight of a major concentrator upgrade. Luke began the career as a Graduate Metallurgist at OZ Minerals and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Extractive Metallurgy from Curtin University.
