Mhairi Dunbar

Mhairi Dunbar is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since January 2016, previously holding the role of HR Advisor. Mhairi has experience in recruitment and mobilisation through a contract role at Ertech for the Wheatstone LNG project in late 2015. Prior to that, Mhairi worked as an HR Advisor on the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project with John Holland from 2013 to 2015 and participated in the John Holland Graduate Program, where Mhairi undertook various rotations in employee relations, generalist service delivery, learning and development, and project training. Mhairi began the HR career as an HR Administrator at Independence Group NL from 2011 to 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management and Business Law from Edith Cowan University.
