Norman Lim

Norman Lim, MAusIMM, is a seasoned metallurgist with extensive experience in various roles across the mining and metallurgical industries. Currently serving as a Metallurgist in Project Development at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since April 2023, Norman has previously worked as a Metallurgist at Roy Hill and as a Senior Metallurgist at Mineral Resources Limited. Additional experience includes metallurgical roles at Keysbrook Leucoxene, Mineral Resources Limited in Process Control, Process Minerals International as a Metallurgist, and Ambatovy Nickel/Cobalt Project as a Commissioning Engineer. Earlier career highlights also include working with QATAR ALUMINIUM and Philippine Associated Smelting And Refining Corporation in operations and process optimization. Norman holds a Master's degree in Extractive Metallurgy from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from Mindanao State University.
