Russell Pennifold is an experienced Senior Process Engineer at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since May 2023, following a tenure as Project Metallurgist at GOLD FIELDS from July 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included reserves and resources management and project implementation.
