Caitlin Hopkins

Caitlin Hopkins is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education and general education. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Lynbrook Union Free School District since September 2021, Caitlin works with Kindergarten and 1st-grade students in an 8:1:2 self-contained classroom. Previously, Caitlin was employed by the NYC Department of Education since September 2016, teaching Kindergarten to Second Grade in a self-contained 6:1:1 verbal behavior classroom within District 75. Prior experience includes teaching First Grade and Third Grade general education at Rodeph Sholom School from August 2014 to June 2016. Caitlin holds a master's degree from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton.
