Sean De La Pena

Sean De La Pena is Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Lyncean Technologies, Inc.. He received a B.S. degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He has extensive experience and a track record of success across advanced technology, high-tech capital equipment, and financial industries. He has served as an advisor to Lyncean since 2014, and has been instrumental to Lyncean’s development path and growth since then. He brings a demonstrated history in executive leadership, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and successfully growing dynamic startups. Before entering the startup world, he spent a decade in investment banking, venture capital, and private equity, while also serving as a business advisor to numerous high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Lyncean, he served as CEO of M-Form, a manufacturing technology company based in San Diego, California. He joined Lyncean as CEO in 2021 to lead the execution of the Company’s rapid growth plans.
