Kelly Frakes has over 27 years of experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as Customer Service and Inside Sales at Lynden Door since October 2016. Prior to this, Kelly worked at School Specialty, Inc. from April 1996 to October 2016 as a People & Process Manager, where responsibilities included managing people, providing sales support, conducting customer service, training, hiring, and onboarding.
