Divya Krishnamurthy, Ph.D.

Divya Krishnamurthy, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management, environmental health and safety (EHS), and research. Their most recent position was as the Director of R&D Ops and Risk Management at Lyndra Therapeutics, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. where they held the positions of Director of Global EHS from July 2021 to January 2022, and Associate Director of EHS from June 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., Divya worked at Alkermes as a Manager of EHS from July 2018 to June 2020, and as a Lead EHS Specialist from August 2016 to June 2018. Divya also had experience as a Safety Consultant at Safety Partners, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2016. Divya's earlier roles include being a Research Associate at Harvard School of Public Health from November 2010 to March 2012, and a Research Assistant Professor and Post Doctoral Fellow at University of Utah from October 2008 to November 2010, and August 2007 to October 2008, respectively. Divya also worked as a Post Doctoral Associate at the University of Southern California in 2006.

Divya Krishnamurthy, Ph.D., completed their Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to that, they obtained their M.S. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. No specific start or end years were provided for either of their degrees.
