Frida Tillack

Frida Tillack is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Lynk & Co since August 2023. Previously, Frida held the position of Head of People and Culture at Aurobay from June 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included translating business strategy into HR plans while leading a team of HR partners and coordinators. Prior to Aurobay, Frida worked at Volvo Cars, first as HR Manager for the Digital department and then as HR Business Partner for Global Finance, providing strategic HR support across various global locations. Frida's earlier career includes roles as HR Generalist at Diageo, HR Coordinator at Moët Hennessy, and Remuneration & Benefits Coordinator at David Jones. Frida began in HR as a Recruitment Coordinator at StudentConsulting. Frida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and a Diploma in HR Management from TAFE NSW.
