Jose Tirado, PhD is a highly experienced individual with a background in atmospheric chemistry and climatology. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Lynker, they have previously held roles as an Atmospheric Technical Specialist and Atmospheric Scientist, providing program management support for the National Air Quality Forecast Capability at NOAA National Weather Service Office of Science and Technology Integration. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Atmospheric Chemistry and Climatology from Howard University, they have a strong research background in air quality modeling and field instrumentation.
