David Karinshak

David Karinshak is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in information technology and geographic information systems. Currently serving as the Application and Data Services Team Lead at Lynker Technologies since March 2019, David also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at The Baldwin Group, Inc., overseeing technology operations and software development management at the NOAA Office for Coastal Management. Previous roles include Director of Information Systems at Dell Services, Program Manager at Perot Systems Government Services, and the owner of Palmetto GIS Consulting Services, among others. With a Master of Science in GIS/Remote Sensing from the University of South Carolina, David has a proven track record in leading organizational changes, managing multi-million dollar contracts, and executing complex GIS projects.
