Barbara Vargo is an Associate Attorney at Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. since August 2021 and previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Jonathan A. Kobes at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Prior experience includes a Judicial Law Clerk position with the South Dakota Unified Judicial System, where research and drafting for state court judges were conducted. Barbara also held law clerk roles with the Medical Legal Partnership at Legal Aid of Nebraska and the Nebraska Department of Justice. Prior to transitioning to a legal career, Barbara worked in various positions, including Volunteer Coordinator for hospice organizations in South Dakota and Florida, a Technical Writer for Southeast Bank, and a Newsletter Editor for the Chemical Specialties Manufacturers Association. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Law degree from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Minnesota.
