LynnMatch is a UK-first guided counsellor and therapist matching service.

We help people find a suitable counsellor or therapist without having to search through hundreds of profiles alone.

Instead of acting like a traditional directory, LynnMatch asks a few guided questions and helps create a shortlist of counsellors or therapists who may be a good fit based on what someone needs, what matters to them, and how they would prefer to be supported.

LynnMatch does not sell paid ranking boosts. Counsellors and therapists appear on their own merit, with matching based on fit rather than who has paid to be placed higher.

For counsellors and therapists, LynnMatch offers a simple introduction model. There is no joining fee, no monthly subscription, and introduction requests can be previewed before they are accepted.

LynnMatch is launching UK-first and is currently building its founding counsellor and therapist network.

LynnMatch is not a therapy provider. We do not provide counselling, therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, emergency support, or crisis care. Counselling and therapy are provided directly by the counsellor or therapist.
