Lismar S. M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX), responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, managing projects, overseeing design implementation, and ensuring project objectives are met.
