Bilal Ahmad Ghumman is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in process optimization and project management across various sectors. At Strategic Systems International, from September 2022 to June 2024, Bilal worked on a healthcare project, enhancing operational efficiency through workflow analysis. Prior to that, at LYNX ERP Solutions (March 2017 - August 2022), Bilal led cross-functional teams in an ERP e-commerce project in Canada, focusing on business process optimization and product-led growth.
