Konstantin Kraiss

Konstantin Kraiss is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in investment management and transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at LynxCap Investments AG since August 2019, Konstantin previously held significant roles at DDM Holding AG, including VP and Head of Transactions as well as Head of Finance from June 2012 to July 2019. Prior experience also includes managerial responsibilities at Deloitte Latvia and senior associate roles at Riga Capital and Alta Capital Partners. Konstantin began a career in finance as a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young Baltic SIA. Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, completed in 2005.
