Lawana Strawbridge has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Lawana currently serves as a Program Manager at Lynxnet since October 2019, where they lead a team of 15 individuals in delivering integrated logistic support and training products for the Naval Information Warfare Center. Lawana specializes in resource management, project implementation, process improvement, and termination of ineffective processes.

Prior to their current role, Lawana worked as a Training/Project Analyst at Sellers and Associates LLC from October 2018 to October 2019. Lawana provided expertise in evaluating U.S. Navy accession training and was responsible for multiple rating programs.

From August 2015 to February 2018, Lawana worked at the Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School as a Technical Instructor, Project Team Lead, and Logistician. Lawana'sfocus was on improving performance and achieving organizational goals through leadership, change management, and implementing successful training programs.

Lawana's work experience also includes roles in the U.S. Navy, where they served as a Master Training Specialist, Project Team Lead, and Recruit Division Commander from January 2011 to August 2015. Lawana Strawbridge has a diverse education history. Lawana obtained a Master's degree in Business Analytics from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBAA) in Aviation with a focus on Information Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016 to 2018.

Lawana also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they completed between 2009 and 2016. In addition, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Technical Management from the same institution during the same period.

Furthermore, Lawana completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2014.

In terms of certifications, Lawana has undergone several additional training programs. Lawana obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2019.
