JORGE LOPEZ has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding key leadership roles since 1990. Currently, JORGE serves as the Plant General Director at Lyon Bakery Inc. since 2019. Prior roles include Cicero Bakery Plant Manager and Director of Regional Manufacturing Support at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where JORGE managed technical support for the region. JORGE's expertise extends to technical innovation and global training at Grupo Bimbo and executive sales leadership at Etadar by Deiman. As General Director at Ungerer & Company, JORGE was responsible for strategic changes in the Flavors & Fragrance Division. A strong background in flavors and marketing was further developed at Symrise AG and Degussa Texturant Systems. Beginning in research and development at Grupo Bimbo, JORGE has built a diverse skill set in sales, marketing, and technical support. JORGE holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School and master's degrees in Food Technology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
