Harman Bains

Harman Bains has a diverse work experience with a focus on financial management and oversight. From 2019 to the present, they serve as the Executive Director of Operations at Lyon County School District. Prior to that, they worked at the Nevada Attorney General's Office from 2018 to 2019, holding positions such as Administrative Services Officer III and Budget Analyst III. Harman also has experience working in the public sector, specifically at the Nevada State Legislature as a Deputy Legislative Auditor from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at the State of Nevada from 2015 to 2017 as a Management Analyst II and Utility Valuation Analyst. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in operations and management as an Operations Supervisor at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 2013 to 2014, and as a Hotel Manager at Comfort Inn and Suites Airport from 2007 to 2013.

Harman Bains obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno in the years 2009 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution from 2015 to 2017.
