Ashley Andreoni

Ashley joined Lyon Property Management in 2016 with over a decade of experience in multi-family property management, specializing in re-positioning property to create positive cash flow for investor clients. Serving as a Regional Manager for the greater Sacramento area, Ashley supervised and trained onsite and maintenance staff, managed budgets and financial reports, and developed strategies to tackle deferred maintenance and other community issues. With a strong interest in the single-family housing market, Ashley saw an opportunity to bridge both single and multi-family property management within Lyon Real Estate and assisted in the development of policies and procedures to ensure the success of both programs. Ashley graduated obtained a Bachelor's in English Literature from Sacramento State University. She also holds a California Certified Residential Manager designation from the California Apartment Association.
