Ami Doshi is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in polymer research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Lab Associate in the R&D Polymer Characterization Support Team at LyondellBasell since March 2020, Ami focuses on polyolefin characterization and post-consumer recycled materials. Previously, as a Research Scientist at Sirrus Inc. from February 2015 to October 2018, Ami led innovative projects aimed at developing highly reactive monomers and polyesters for adhesive, sealant, and coating applications. During the tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University from September 2004 to May 2010, Ami worked on monomer and polymer synthesis and characterization, developing materials for various scientific applications. Ami holds a Ph.D. in Organometallic and Polymer Chemistry from Rutgers University - Newark, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, also from the University of Mumbai.
