Ana López Gobernado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and career consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at LyondellBasell since February 2024, Ana also founded and serves as CEO of careerfully, an integrative career consulting firm aimed at empowering women and individuals with female hormones to make confident career decisions. Previous roles include DEIB and EX Manager at Lansweeper, and a variety of leadership positions at The Network, where responsibilities spanned international operations and service delivery.
