Andrea Cross has over two decades of experience in information technology and business analysis. Currently serving as Director, Business Analyst - Commercial at LyondellBasell since February 2007, Andrea has held several key positions including IT Product Manager for Order to Cash and Customer Excellence, as well as IT Manager, overseeing various teams and managing environmental applications. Prior experience includes a role as Information Technology Manager at Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd, where responsibilities covered Exchange support, customer services, and global service desk management. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analysis and MIS from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
