Donny Chia

Donny Chia has extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Donny currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Treasurer at LyondellBasell. Prior to this, they worked at Eastman as Vice President, Treasurer, & Head of Corporate Development, overseeing global Treasury and Corporate Development functions. Donny also served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Eastman, responsible for corporate portfolio strategy and executing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture transactions. Before joining Eastman, Donny worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Investment Banking - Global Industrials, and Vice President/Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions. Donny started their career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Banking - Diversified Industrials division.

Donny Chia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in the years 1997-2001. Later, from 2003-2006, they attended Harvard Law School and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
