Gregg Demetri

Gregg DeMetri has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gregg most recently worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at LyondellBasell starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Epredia from August 2021 to August 2023. Before these roles, Gregg spent over 20 years at bp, where they held various HR and leadership positions in different business units and regions, including Russia, North America, and Latin America. Gregg also worked as an Associate Director of HR at Medbest Medical Management and as an Employee & Labor Relations Associate/Human Resources Generalist at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University.

Gregg DeMetri holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Gregg also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Compensation Committees from Harvard Business School Executive Education and Compensation Studies from Cornell University ILR School. Gregg has also completed the Scrum Fundamentals & Scrum Master program and the Senior HR Leadership Program from Cornell University ILR School.
