Ian Foster

Ian Foster, MBA, is an experienced professional in the chemical engineering and business process efficiency sectors, currently serving as a Business Process Efficiency Manager at LyondellBasell since July 2015. In this role, Ian manages a team focused on enhancing the efficiency of global manufacturing processes and actively supports overall company transformation initiatives. Previous positions include Global Manufacturing Business Process Engineer and Production Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed unit optimization, quality monitoring, and engineering project management.
