James Skoruppa

James Skoruppa is an experienced engineering professional with a background in control systems and automation management. Currently serving as the Control System & Automation Manager at LyondellBasell since July 2019, James previously held positions at BASF as Lead I&C Engineer in shale gas and Site Automation Strategy Leader, where James developed and implemented the Freeport site Automation roadmap. Prior to BASF, James worked as a Senior I&E Controls Engineer at Denso, leading HVAC calibration efforts, and as a Product Development Engineer at Visteon. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2000.
