Jennifer Luscombe

Jennifer Luscombe, CCP, CBP, GRP has over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Jennifer is currently working at LyondellBasell as the Director of Global Benefits and previously held the position of Senior Manager of Executive Compensation. Before joining LyondellBasell, Jennifer worked at Baker Hughes where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Executive Compensation, Global Compensation Manager, Total Rewards Manager for Latin America and Corporate Support Functions, Compensation Consultant, and Senior Compensation Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System as a Compensation Analyst and at GenOn Energy as a Compensation Analyst. Jennifer also has experience outside the field of compensation and benefits, having worked as a Store Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation and as an Executive Assistant Manager at Walgreens. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and implementation, executive compensation, and global benefits management.

Jennifer Luscombe, CCP, CBP, GRP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Houston from 2002 to 2004.
