Kim Foley

EVP, Global Olefins & Polyolefins, Refining and Supply Chain at LyondellBasell

Kim Foley is Executive Vice President, Intermediates and Derivatives and Refining for LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies. She is responsible for oversight of the company’s operational excellence function, personal and process safety, environment, security, health, quality and product stewardship.

Prior to being appointed as senior vice president, Foley served as site manager for LyondellBasell’s Channelview Chemical Complex, one of the largest chemical manufacturing facilities in the United States. She has more than 30 years of experience in the petrochemical industry including leadership positions in Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Finance and Supply Chain.

Foley has been heavily involved in a number of industry and transportation associations including serving on the board of the East Harris County Manufacturers Association, the American Chemistry Council Distribution Committee, the American Fuels & Petrochemical Manufacturer’s Association Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the board of the National Freight and Transportation Association.

Foley received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University.
