Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in process and production engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Compounding Engineer at LyondellBasell since April 2022, Matthew develops and implements capital projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reliability while also addressing safety concerns within the plant. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Eastman from July 2018 to March 2022, first as a TechStaff Engineer, where similar responsibilities included capital project development and safety solution design, and then as a Process Improvement Engineer focused on optimizing processes for cost savings through experimental data. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lone Star College and a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. Education includes a High School Diploma in General Studies from Emmaus High School.
