Michael Kagunda

Michael Kagunda has extensive experience in finance and information technology, currently serving as Director of Finance Transformation at LyondellBasell since January 2011. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Advisory Services, IT Portfolio Manager, IT Business Partner for Finance, and Senior Lead Auditor. Michael's career began at KPMG Kenya and KPMG South Africa, where responsibilities included Senior IT Auditor and IT Audit Supervisor. Prior to LyondellBasell, Michael worked at Deloitte & Touche in the Cayman Islands as an Enterprise Risk Senior Consultant. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, both from Strathmore University.
