Monique Deshotel

Monique Deshotel is an experienced Document Control Specialist with a strong background in managing and processing project documentation across various industries. Currently employed at LyondellBasell since February 2024, Monique has held similar roles at PROENERGY, LyondellBasell, INEOS Styrolution America LLC, Bechtel Corporation, and CATALYST PROCESSING, demonstrating a consistent focus on document control throughout these positions. Responsibilities have included the processing of approval and construction package transmittals, management of change documentation, and the development of document control plans for large capital projects. Monique holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University and has also pursued studies at Prairie View A&M University.
