Prashant Shinde

Prashant Shinde possesses extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and polymer technology, currently serving as a Polymer Technician in Quality Assurance at LyondellBasell since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Officer for Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems at Zylog ElastoComp and QA Analyst at Sunbeam Elastomers Pvt Ltd. With a background as a Rubber Technologist at Industrial Polymers, Prashant has developed expertise in thermoplastics, engineering plastics, formulations, analytical testing, mechanical testing, and color matching, while also being well-versed in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Plastics Engineering from Government Polytechnic College and completion of SSC at Vasantrao Naik Mahavidyalaya.
